Staying here gave me the perfect access to the beautiful Ethnobotanical Garden just about a 5-minute walk away and the fine Templo de Santo Domingo de Guzman less than 700 meters away. Plus, I loved the comfort of the clean room and the really good breakfast with plenty of delicious options to start my day right before heading out.

Many things to mention - everything was spotlessly clean, fab food, lovely views. The staff were constantly very attentive and pretty friendly. We had queen room with a marble bathroom. The location was good and magnificent, within easy walking distance of Zocalo Plaza. You could walk to shops and a market.

We had a wonderful stay, especially loving the tasty breakfast options and the relaxing pool area to unwind after a day of exploring. The warm atmosphere made it easy to chill by the pool or enjoy a swim, even if the shower pressure in our room could've been better. Definitely grab a hot chocolate at breakfast for a special treat 😊

Spacious rooms - very clean and friendly staff .the general manager was very friendly, spoke excellent english and was very helpful in explaining the things to do in this wonderful city. Hats of to him. A good man to know and made all the difference. The daily excellent buffet breakfast was always the start of a good day.

The unit was well-equipped.

The room with about five modern machines. The service was good and the pool was clean. It was really unforgettable 4 days, would return there...

Cozy and Convenient!

The room was super comfy and the beds were amazing. Breakfast was included and it was yummy every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just wish there were more common areas to hang out in. Can't wait to come back!

Staff was excellent. Location in walking distance to the main sites,and traditional and fabulous food. Taxi services was right outside. Room was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom area was not bright enough,And the air extractor was too noisy.

This place is amazing, the rooms were large, the staff were flawless. Carlos especially, hes the manager. The pool was sensational, perfect temp and well maintained. The location was impecabble, the rooms were quiet. Cant fault.

More Oaxacan art. Maybe put Oaxacan bedspreads instead of the generic ones that are on them. Put more Oaxacan art on the walls.

I loved how cozy my room felt with comfy linens and a fine view of the city from my Juliette balcony! The breakfast was a good experience with fresh fruit and flavorful Oaxacan favorites. Plus, the location was perfect for a serene, scenic walk to local attractions.

The spacious room with a large terrace was a delight, and the pool area was well-maintained. The tours organized at the hotel were a great addition to our stay.

The room was super clean and spacious. The view from the third floor was fine. I loved the breakfast selection. It reminded me of more than just a typical continental meal. The staff was super helpful, especially the cleaning ladies.

Great hotel for a family stay

The staff was attentive to our needs! The breakfast included some amazing dishes, especially the chilaquiles that I couldn't get enough of.

It wasn't inexpensive come to think of it, but worth every penny.
